Shipping policy

We offer shipping within the domestic United States. All shipping is currently through USPS Priority. If you need rushed overnight shipping please email Crew@twinfins.com

The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order. Expedited shipping fee's vary depending on location.

We do our best to fulfill orders within 72 hours of receipt. Please note there are exceptions to this time frame as we are a small team here at TWIN FINS.

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation & original packaging and contact us immediately through your confirmation email
